Dedicated to Delivering Trusted Counsel

“Are we making the right move?”

“Are we wasting our resources or getting some value?”

“Are we patenting the right technology?”

These are the questions Julie works to answer as she counsels her clients. She works to provide trustworthy advice on how her clients can manage their current portfolios by diving deep into the patent landscape in their technology areas. This includes supporting companies both large and small.

Julie meets her clients right where they are by performing several assessments from portfolio analysis and landscape analysis to patentability assessment. The resulting data helps her clients achieve the best outcome for their patents and portfolios.

When It Comes to Patents, the Portfolio Matters

According to Julie, a patent shouldn’t just be a commodity. Instead, a patent is an investment that must be taken seriously. After all, achieving a patent takes serious resources.

Julie works with her clients to create portfolio strategies that help them reach their overall goals. This includes determining which intellectual property deserves a spot in the portfolio.

Julie serves as a member of the Conflicts Committee within Merchant & Gould. When she isn’t supporting her clients, Julie enjoys crocheting, reading and spending time with her family.
