Olivia Werner is the firm’s Training and Technology Adoption Manager, where she helps attorneys and staff build confidence with the tools and technology they use every day. She develops practical training programs, supports new technology rollouts, and works across teams to make complex systems easier to understand and apply.
Olivia brings experience in instructional design, legal technology, and change management, with a particular focus on helping professionals adopt new software and workflows. Before joining Merchant, she designed and delivered training for legal professionals using emerging technology, including AI-powered tools, and created learning resources that supported everything from onboarding to new feature launches.
With a background in both education and technology, Olivia approaches training with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and real-world application. She enjoys turning technical concepts into approachable learning experiences that help people work more efficiently and get more value from the tools available to them.
