She partners with leadership, managers, and employees on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and day-to-day HR operations.

Throughout her career, Sarah has focused on building people practices that help organizations and their employees thrive. She has supported growing professional services organizations by strengthening HR operations, guiding teams through change, and creating clear, consistent approaches to hiring, professional development, performance, and employee support.

Before joining Merchant, Sarah led human resources initiatives for a national consulting company and spent more than a decade with a national litigation firm, where she managed HR and administrative operations across multiple offices. Known for her thoughtful and practical approach, Sarah works to create clear processes, strengthen workplace culture, and provide responsive support to employees at every stage of their careers.
