Highly Knowledgeable in IP & Foreign Filing
Tina has considerable knowledge of international law procedures thanks to her vast background in intellectual property. Prior to joining Merchant, Tina initially began in docketing, where she gained knowledge about US and Foreign patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names and annuities. She then moved into a role that provided further experience with PCT filings, US filings and providing substantive examination responses supporting patent prosecution. She brings extensive experience in handling diverse IP-related tasks for various firms.
