William “Tucker” Bender is an associate in the Minneapolis office with experience supporting patent prosecution and portfolio strategy. He works with clients across engineering-driven industries, drawing on his background in mechanical engineering to assist with drafting patent applications, analyzing competitive patent landscapes, and developing protection strategies aligned with business objectives. He also has experience preparing non-infringement opinions and conducting infringement analyses, providing clients with practical guidance for assessing risk and supporting enforcement of their intellectual property. In addition, Tucker has supported litigation efforts, including assisting with technical analysis and case development in patent disputes.

Tucker has hands-on experience collaborating with inventors and in-house legal teams to translate complex technical concepts into effective patent filings. Prior to his legal career, he worked as a patent agent and mechanical engineer, where he conducted patent portfolio analytics, supported product development through design iteration and simulation, and contributed to engineering and R&amp;D efforts in manufacturing environments. His experience spans product testing, data analysis, and design for large-scale production, giving him practical insight into the innovation lifecycle.

He assists clients with patent preparation and prosecution, particularly in the fields of electrical and software technologies. Gabriel received a B.A. in physics and a B.S. in international economics from the University of Minnesota, and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Taylor earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan School of Law..

She assists clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights through litigation and dispute resolution. Hannah received a B.S. in biomedical sciences and criminology &amp; law studies from Marquette University, and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

She supports clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries with patent prosecution and portfolio management. Min Ji holds a B.A. in neuroscience and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland.
